Information you provide

Website forms may collect your name, work email, organization, role, product or technology area, project stage, service interest, geography, timing, project objective, professional credentials, expertise, availability, conflicts or other information you choose to provide.

Technical information

Hosting and security services may process request metadata, such as IP address, browser details, request time and requested URL, to deliver and protect the website.

Restricted information

Do not submit patient information, protected health information, identifiable clinical datasets, passwords, payment-card information, confidential client materials or information you are not authorized to share through website forms.

Service and pilot selections

The site uses session storage in your browser tab to carry service choices, requested deliverables, expert-role preferences and pilot requirements into your inquiry. This feature does not store your contact details or inquiry message. If browser storage is unavailable, selected service details may be carried in a URL fragment, read on the inquiry page and removed from the address bar; fragments are not sent in HTTP requests. Selections are removed after a confirmed successful inquiry submission or when the browser tab is closed. The site saves a brief only after you select or request work. Share non-confidential information only.

How form submissions are routed

The website receives inquiries through a first-party endpoint hosted with Vercel. Resend delivers submission notifications to designated USHSG business inboxes. These providers process the information needed to receive and deliver your request.

Optional Jotform forms

Where a Jotform option is available, you can choose to open a separate form hosted by Jotform. Information you submit there is processed by Jotform for USHSG to review and follow up. Jotform’s own privacy and cookie practices apply. The website does not load Jotform automatically or transfer your existing project brief to it. Keep submissions non-confidential and free of patient information.

Cookies and browser storage

The privacy banner explains the essential storage used by this site. Use the persistent “Privacy & cookies” control on any page to reopen it, or use “Cookie & privacy settings” in the footer. The full notice appears on a first visit or after the acknowledgement expires. Reviewing a remembered acknowledgement does not extend its expiry. This acknowledgement does not authorize marketing or a paid subscription.

If browser storage is blocked, you can still use the site and submit an inquiry. Requested service selections use the non-confidential URL-fragment fallback described above. Calendly and any Jotform form you choose have separate cookie controls.

Newsletter subscriptions

The newsletter form collects your email address and explicit consent to receive USHSG editorial issues and occasional updates. Resend sends a confirmation message and manages confirmed subscriber records in a dedicated newsletter segment and preference topic. The record includes the consent version, source, request and confirmation times, and a confirmation reference. We do not add project contacts or applicants automatically.

Confirmation links carry their information in a browser fragment that the newsletter page removes before submission. Opening the link does not subscribe you; you must use the confirmation button. Unsubscribe through the link in an edition or contact info@ushealthstrategygroup.com. Withdrawal does not stop replies to an independent project inquiry. No payment details are collected by this form.

Scheduling

The site links to Calendly for introductory consultation scheduling. When you use Calendly, its terms and privacy practices apply to the information processed through that service.

How information is used

Information is used to review and respond to submissions, determine fit, discuss engagement plans and statements of work, schedule consultations, maintain business and compliance records, and protect the website and business systems from misuse.

Sharing

USHSG does not sell website inquiry information to advertisers. Information may be shared with service providers supporting website, email, hosted forms or scheduling functions, and with authorized specialists or operating parties when necessary to evaluate or perform an approved engagement. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.

Client and partner confidentiality

A website submission does not create a nondisclosure agreement or authorize USHSG to receive restricted information. Restricted client information should be exchanged only through the approved engagement process and authorized systems after applicable confidentiality and information-handling requirements are established.

Retention and deletion

USHSG retains business-intake records and correspondence as needed to respond, administer engagements, maintain security and meet legal or contractual obligations. Records may exist in business inboxes, Resend subscriber records and, if you choose an available hosted form, Jotform. Newsletter records remain while the subscription is active. After withdrawal, we retain the minimum consent and suppression information needed to honor preferences and applicable obligations. Send access, correction or deletion requests to info@ushealthstrategygroup.com. Applicable retention obligations may limit deletion. Client-specific return or deletion terms are set in the engagement agreement.

Your privacy requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, request a portable copy, object to processing or withdraw a consent you provided. Contact info@ushealthstrategygroup.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and authority without collecting unnecessary sensitive information.

Security

USHSG uses administrative and technical controls intended to reduce unauthorized access or misuse. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. The website should not be used to transmit highly sensitive or regulated information.

Tracking posture

USHSG does not enable advertising or analytics cookies on this public website. Essential browser storage supports requested project selections and your privacy preference. Hosting services may use essential security cookies. Optional tracking would require updated disclosures and appropriate choice controls before activation.
